This stylish restored country house with 4000 sq. meters of land is situated in the rolling green hills at a height of 350m. The house enjoys lovely views of the countryside from the nicely furnished terraces and swimming pool.
The interior is beautifully restored and well designed and has all modern comforts. Every part of the house has been well thought out and decorated with attention for detail.
The little villages in the neighbourhood are authentic with a variety of shops, weekly markets and fine restaurants.

Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, dining room and a living room with wood-burning fireplace.
First floor: two bedrooms with two beds each and a luxurious bathroom.
Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable studio with a fireplace and a luxurious bathroom.
In the annex there is a washing machine and room for storage.
The well maintained swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and is fully furnished with sunbeds, side table and sun umbrellas.
A excellent wood-fuelled pizza and bread oven is available and also a well laid-out barbeque area and "jeu de boule" course.
Please notice that smoking and animals are not allowed in the house. |
